Did he really?
Gojo just sent the word “penis” to Kento.
LMAO.
Jujut-Strolls are hilarious.
Yoshino Junpei and Mahito
Yoshino Junpei is the boy who was able to see curses at the end of the last episode.
The other character they introduced was Mahito, the curse that killed the 3 high schoolers at the end of the previous episode.
Now, what do I think of this?
A depressed teen falls into mental darkness and then curses take over him.
The show already explained to us that curses come from negative emotions and such.
A depressed kid is a perfect instrument.
When his kind face was shown in the anime opening, I thought Yoshino was going to be this ultra kind character.
But it turned out to be different than that.
He is innocent in the literal sense that is he won’t bring himself to hurt anyone.
But he is at a point of fed up that he has a very powerful sense of hatred towards his aggressors and doesn’t mind killing them if he could.
For a moment I felt Mahito might actually be friends with this guy.
It can’t be fun if all curses are just super evil beings out for carnage only.
The story might get boring at one point if there is no variation.
It’s exciting to see how Yoshino’s character develops.
In the opening, he and Itadori seem friendly.
That has to mean something.
Kento Nanami.
Man, this guy might turn into my favorite character.
Clear, precise, and concise.
The perfect combination for an adult personality, which Kento claims to be.
This is a refreshing change because so far almost all the characters we saw were super hyped characters with something to prove.
Kento just doesn’t care.
Sorry.
He looks hyped in this.
Because he is.
Kento is always hyped when showing others how little he cares.
Even his combat style is precise.
Working on attack points mathematically?
Who is this dude?
Even Shikamaru from Naruto didn’t do stuff like that.
But when you think about it, Shikamaru must’ve been too lazy to be that bothered.
It was interesting though.
Kento might end up being my favorite character.
F*ck Gojo.
You can have him.
In terms of personality, I prefer a responsible adult over a man child any day.
Gojo is powerful and responsible.
But he is too spontaneous for my taste.
Kento knows the way.
And with Kento, I will go.
Half-human Curses
I don’t really know what the half-human curses mean going forward.
It’s reassuring to know that they would already be dead when Jujutsu sorcerers meet them.
Otherwise, it would be another scene like when the Levi Squad in Attack on Titan had to face the reality of killing the Kenny Squad, who were humans, after killing only monsters up until that point.
Let’s hope our Jujutsu Sorcerers won’t come to such a point.
Ijichi is back
He truly is the best boi.
Loyal, careful, and smart.
Now that Kento is here, Ijichi feels like a softer and powerless version of Kento for me.
It’s inspiring how Ijichi doesn’t mind stepping into danger even with his powerless state.
He knows how to roll.
Experience has its merits.
The Preview
The preview showed Itadori and Yoshino talking and Kento and Mahito fighting.
So the next episode looks like an action-packed one.
After how Kento relayed the situation to Ijichi, I’m worried.
It could be a hard fight.
Here’s to hoping Gojo would show us his eyes again.
Probably not.
It might become boring if done too much.
